Ticket Arcade is a UK broker of event tickets.
We specialise in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events.
Through our many sources we are able to obtain a wide variety of seats to almost any event.

In the case of popular and sold out events we usually pay premiums for tickets which will be reflected in the price.
All seats are almost invariably sold at above face value.

We also consider ticket exchanges on request.
|

| Policies |

Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability.
Tickets are sold at the price agreed at the time we receive the order from you.
|
|
|
Event tickets are usually distributed to all customers well in advance of the particular event.
We try to deliver tickets as early as possible, but cannot guarantee delivery by such a date.
Due to the nature of the business, although it is extremely unlikely, it is possible that delivery of tickets could possibly be as late as the day of a particular event.

We supply postal reference numbers in order for customers to trace all tickets sent to via royal mail.
|
|
|
All tickets will be sent via recorded delivery and must be signed for by an adult or collected from our business address.
Tickets can be couriered at the customers and in agreement with both parties.
This charge will be in addition to the cost of the services already provided.

| Cancellations |

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
